Kunstmaler: Autodidakt, Acryl und Ölbilder seit 1968.
Verschiedene erfolgreiche Austellungen in der Schweiz und Frankreich in den 60er und 70er Jahren haben mich angespornt nach meiner Pensionierung den Pinsel wieder in die Hand zu nehmen.

Die in den letzten Jahren entstandenen Bilder sind entweder mit der Acryl- oder Ölmaltechnik geschaffen worden. Viele der Bilder sind Impressionen von meinen Reisen in den Süden Frankreichs und der Toskana. Die Umsetzung dieser Landschaften in teils abstrakte Farbimpressionen sind ein Hauptziel meiner Gemälde. Die Mittel der bildlichen Aussage sind für mich Form Farbe und deren Komposition. Die Farbe, Farbwahrnehmung und das Farbempfinden sind die Grundlagen für eine schöpferische Wesensäusserung des Menschen.
Ein Teil meiner Bilder stellen abstrakte Kompositionen dar. Sie beinhalten die Erinnerung an ganz spezifische Gefühle, die ich daraufhin gemalt habe.

Plusieurs expositions en Suisse et en France dans les années soixante et soixante-dix ont me stimuler de continuer de peintre après la retrait en 2007.

Des tableaux peints dans les dernière deux années sont nés utilisant la technique l'acrylique- ou à l'huile. Beaucoup des images sont des impressions de mes voyages dans le sud de France et la Toscane. La transposition de ces paysages dans les impressions de couleur en partie abstraites est un but principal pour mes tableaux. Les moyens de la déclaration figuratives sont pour moi la forme, la couleur et sa composition. La couleur, observation de couleur, et les sens de couleur sont les base pour un propos de nature créateur de l'homme. Des compositions abstraites représentent une partie de mes images Ils contiennent le souvenir à sentiments tout à fait spécifiques, que j'ai peints là-dessus.

Sundries successful exhibitions in Switzerland and France in the 60er and 70er years encouraged me to take the brush again into my hands after my retirement.

The pictures originated in the last years were either created in oil or acrylic technic. Many of the pictures are impressions of my trips into the south of France and the Tuscany. The realization of these landscapes of partly abstract color-impressions is a main goal of my paintings. The means of the pictorial statement are form color and their composition for me. The color, color-perception and the color-sensation are the bases for an inventive nature-remark of the human being.
